Refund & Return Policy

30-day return window. If you're not in love with your order, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to return
- Email support@stonrift.com with your order number and reason.
- We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship it back using the address we provide.
- Refund processes within 5-10 business days of arrival.
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Bundles must be returned as complete sets — partial returns aren't eligible for the bundle discount refund.
- Sale items are returnable; final-sale items will be marked as such on the product page.
Damaged or defective
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email support@stonrift.com within 7 days with photos. We'll replace or fully refund — no need to ship the item back.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Currency is USD; your bank converts to your local currency at its current rate.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before they enter fulfillment. Email support@stonrift.com with your order number.
