- Canada — $6.99 USD flat rate, 10-20 business days
- United Kingdom — $6.99 USD flat rate, 10-20 business days
- Australia — $6.99 USD flat rate, 10-20 business days
Other countries: write support@stonrift.com with your address — we'll send a custom quote.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Bundles ship together as a curated set.
Tracking
Every shipment includes tracking. Click the link in your shipment email to follow your order in real time.
Customs & duties
Most international orders pass through customs without additional fees. In rare cases, your country may charge import duties or VAT — these are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact us at support@stonrift.com if you encounter unexpected charges.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated window, email us at support@stonrift.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph any damage to the package or product within 7 days of delivery and email support@stonrift.com. We'll replace or refund — no return required for damaged goods.
